We’re Specialists

We are fully qualified specialists in the fabrication, welding & finishing of marine grade 316 stainless steel and non-ferrous metals. All of our fabricators / welders are apprenticeship trained and are fully skilled to carry out their job to the highest standard.

Highest Quality Materials

We only purchase the highest quality certified materials and will not jeopardise the quality of the materials we use to lower the cost of our fabrications.

We Don’t Use Mild Steel

We only fabricate with stainless steel and non-ferrous metals and DO NOT undertake any mild steel fabrication work due to the high risk of cross contamination. This avoids any future problems that could occur once installed and open to the elements.

Engineered to Perfection

We will undertake a full site survey to take all the required levels and measurements using Hilti laser technology and Auto CAD to ensure your project is millimetre perfect.

Bespoke Projects

We pride ourselves on undertaking each and every project to be truly bespoke to you. Every project we undertake is designed, fully fabricated, welded and installed by our own fully trained team to fulfil your expectations.

    From start to finish, Steve was a star and his support team were brilliant. He was prompt and thorough in his initial visit, where he measured everything up and we discussed ideas for the project. Once the materials arrived it was Steve again who fitted the channel and the glass and his attention to detail was very reassuring. The end result is a very stylish glass balustrade around our stairs, which makes it much safer but maintains a nice, bright stairway.

    Another excellent job from 100% Stainless Steel Ltd. We asked them to remove an existing balustrade and replace it with a top quality stainless & glass balcony up to building standards, to match another one that they fitted for us last year. Our old one, recently supplied by our builder, fell well short of current building regulation standards which we didn't realise, and was dangerous for our young grandchildren. 100% Stainless Steel provided a fantastic job and kept us informed at all stages, and explained the works involved. We would have no hesitation in recommending them again.
